Click the button for a video about our UB Machine.   UB Machine (Uniformity & Dynamic Balance) Nakata Engineering recently introduced the UB Machine to measure both tire uniformity and dynamic balance in one cycle to provide compact, cost-effective, comprehensive tire validation. This machine can measure tires with 3 different bead diameters and 9 tire bead widths without changing the rim. Tire size is detected upon entry, and the machine is set automatically to suit the tire without presorting. The UB machine measures radial and lateral force variation, conicity, run-out, dynamic balance, and also performs selected analyses. Optional bulge and dent measurement devices can be incorporated.
