Types of Service Support
The service support covers all parts replacement, re-conditioning, upgrading, technical advice and assistance, in-plant inspection, equipment performance evaluation and equipment recommendations.
Stocks of high use consumable spare parts such as pins and feed roll systems for each extruder size are held in Japan and the USA for emergency overnight delivery to Customers.
Major upgrades or re-conditioning can be undertaken either within the customer’s facilities, Nakata’s plant in Kobe, Japan or at the Wyko Tire Technology facility in Greenback, TN. |
