The JLB System produces rubberized jointless bandage tape of Nylon, Rayon, Kevlar, or steel to be used on top of the breakers for high performance tires.
The compact, cost-effective system provides greater flexibility when changing compounds and cord materials compared to full width fabric topping systems.
Maximum width is 40 mm, which can be split into four strands, if required, without cutting cords.
Max. line speed is 70 M/min. Suitable for up to 8,000 tires per day.
