Nakata has an extensive laboratory facility, which is available for the development and testing of extruders. This enables the optimization of extruder design to best meet the customer's needs in terms of their material and equipment performance. The graphs shown at right show the extrusion volume, temperature and number of screw revolutions in an experiment conducted with a Nakata extruder.
Nakata's design engineers can design and test custom extruder screws for customer applications in our testing laboratory.
