Nakata Engineering has started to manufacture and sell gear pumps and gear extruders developed in technical cooperation with Paul Troester Machinen Fabriken of Germany.
Gear Pump
- High accuracy, low temperature and high output extruding system. (Dispersion of output is held below 1/3 compared with that of normal single screw extruders).
- In combination with cold, pin and vent type extruders, the gear pumps enhance the Nakata Extruders and allows them to work at the highest levels of accuracy and quality.
- The gear pump is especially efficient in difficult processing of compounds.

Gear Extruder
- Gear extruder is remarkably advantageous for use as a strainer. (Finest mesh size: 200 applied/ High extruding pressure: 500kgf/cm2 is allowed).
- The Nakata Gear Extrusion System represents an extremely cost effective solution when it is utilized as a strainer for pellets and pre-warming rubber compounds fed to calenders or molds. It has wide applications in rubber compounding processes and provides plant flexibility.
