unit and calender with interchangeable roller-sleeves for roller-head. |

Entered into a patent license agreement with Uniroyal
Englebert Reifen GmbH of Germany concerning pin type extruders; also
entered a license agreement with Paul Troester Maschinen-Fabriken
for production and sales of pin type extruders. |

for pin type extruders was terminated. |

Entered a business partnership with Kobe Machinery Co.,
Ltd. to enhance future growth. |

Majority ownership (53.5%) of Kobe Machinery Co., Ltd.
was acquired and directors were assigned to oversee production. |
